These Terms govern use of the B-MEG Kampingganon M & A Store Sales & Inventory Management System ("the System") by its authorized staff users. The System is an internal business tool — it is not a public service, and access is restricted to accounts created by an Administrator.

1. Authorized use only

Access is limited to staff who have been issued a personal account by an Administrator. Accounts must not be shared. Each user is responsible for all activity recorded under their account, and for keeping their password confidential.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the System only for legitimate store operations: inventory management, sales/point-of-sale, delivery scheduling, and reporting.
• Do not attempt to access data, pages, or accounts outside what your assigned role permits.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or bypass the System's security controls.
• Report suspected security issues or suspicious activity to an Administrator promptly.

3. Data accuracy

Users are responsible for entering accurate product, inventory, sales, and customer delivery information. Inaccurate data may affect stock levels, reports, and the store's ability to fulfill deliveries correctly.

4. Monitoring

For security and accountability, key actions taken in the System (such as logins, user management, and administrative changes) are recorded in an activity log, as described in the Privacy Notice.

5. Account suspension

An Administrator may deactivate or lock any account, including for repeated failed login attempts (automatic, for account security) or for a violation of these Terms.

6. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the System or applicable law. Continued use of the System after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
